The Challenge

BLiNKAI was looking for a solid event strategy and management solution for their first big industry tradeshow. They’ve been scaling up and were ready to make a bold impression at the show. They were looking for a partner to craft a strategic event plan that would elevate their brand presence, draw high-quality leads, and spark meaningful engagement. Additionally, they were looking for an innovative way to showcase their AI-powered platform that enhances dealership service operations.

What We Did (In Just 4 Months)

We developed a cohesive event strategy with a creative theme: “Your Dealership’s Formula 1 Pit Crew.” The concept highlighted how BLiNKAI’s technology equips service and operations teams to maximize efficiency, drive growth, and create customers for life. Just like a Formula 1 pit crew, BLiNKAI provides precise, efficient, and powerful support to help dealerships win.

Booth Experience:

  • Booth Design & Management: Designed a 20x20 booth structured around “Pitstop Stations” representing BLiNKAI’s core capabilities: automated web scheduler, intelligent phone automation, service due campaign manager, sales leads, and service core. The booth’s design included racing-themed visuals with lighting, signage, and arrows mimicking a Formula 1 race route. Monitors played a 60-second explainer video customized to the Formula 1 theme, and the sales team used other monitors to show demos, platform benefits, customer case studies, and proof points.
  • Branded Merch & Games: Eye-catching giveaways including blinking lanyards, trucker hats, car phone holders, light-up balls, and pens. Attendees also enjoyed “Blinko,” an interactive game that kept booth visitors entertained as they waited to meet with the sales team for demos.

Pre & Post Show Campaigns:

  • Webinars: Hosted two webinars—one pre-show and one post-show—to drive engagement and provide valuable insights.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Targeted top accounts with postcard mailers 30 days before the show to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Thought Leadership: Captured audience sentiment through dealership and BDC manager surveys.
  • Digital Demand Generation: Created a centralized event landing page for streamlined lead capture.
  • Email Nurture Sequence: Developed tailored sequences for 4 distinct personas to drive engagement.
  • Social Media & Content: Launched 61 social posts over a 90-day campaign to build momentum and reinforce the event theme.
  • Themed Explainer Video: Produced a compelling explainer video tied to the booth’s Formula 1 theme.
  • Digital & Print Collateral: Crafted high-quality materials for both booth display and sales enablement.
